Role Overview Application

What you'll own

Profile and optimize latency across our real-time voice agent pipeline
Ship backend improvements that run in production for real clients
Build monitoring for our audio and networking stack
Contribute to our telephony and WebRTC integration layer

You'll thrive if

You understand networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, WebRTC, SIP/VoIP)
You have backend development experience (Python, Node.js, or Rust is a plus)
You are interested in real-time systems and low-latency audio
You are comfortable debugging at the infrastructure level
Familiarity with network security is a plus
