We're building a voice AI platform for businesses and individuals — deployable anywhere. On-premise for full data control, cloud for speed, hybrid for everything in between. The product works. We need you to make it legible.
What you'll own
- Document our deployment models and integration guides for clients and partners
- Build architecture diagrams that our sales team uses in enterprise meetings
- Create a structured knowledge base for internal engineering and sales use
- Turn complex technical concepts into clear assets that help close deals
You'll thrive if
- You have strong technical writing skills with attention to detail
- You can understand and document software architecture clearly
- You are familiar with Notion, Markdown, or API documentation tools
- You can talk to engineers and explain it to a compliance officer
- Experience with diagram tools (Mermaid, Draw.io) is a plus
